OK when I start up my car its fine nothing strange, but after driving for awhile it will start to act funny. At idle the rpms will start to bout between 1000 and 500, almost like its about to stall. When I take go to drive off I gotta floor it or it will stall. During some rpms like 2200 and 3000 the car almost chokes and wont accelerate. I have a brand new clutch, I think its more of an electrical issue or spark plugs I have no idea and I need to get this fixed soon!!

 

Get it to autozon and get it scanned for codes. Post them here.

Get the codes, post em. Then check what the others said, bad MAF or a vac leak.

 

ha yeah but the other one wasnt really gettin hits and i needed a quick answer...I dont think it would be a go for checking codes because my cel isnt on. i think im gunna take it to a shop and see what they say is wrong with it so i can fix it myself

 

the CEL doesn't have to be on it still records codes which are called soft errors so still get it checked out and get a full read out of any codes

 

ok good call I think I'm going to run up there after I get off work, hopefully they will still be open since its a sunday

 

alright finally went to autozone and the car threw some codes.

p0301
p0114
p1127

...I went ahead and changed the spark plugs but still does the same thing

 

your problem is the intake air temp sensor (IAT) intermittent signal, poor connection check and clean the multi-plug (P0114),

the other 2 codes are caused by it
P0301 = misfire at plug 1,
P1127 = excess fuel in oil,

all caused by the IAT sensor
