RE: Advice on wheels and tires!!!
Wow. I just looked at your link and they are the exact same wheels I have had since summer 06. I ordered the Eagle GSD3 summer tires with the package.
Its funny because I am selling the 18" ASA wheels for the 19" Audi R8 replicas. Why not go 19"?

my advice is:
Whatever you do, don't let your wife/girlfriend drive your car with the new wheels.
It hurts when they are so new. [sm=headbang.gif]
Notice my sig wasn't working either --- FU(KIN GEOCITIES

The ASA is not a BBS knock off. They use the same materials and technology as BBS, so much so that they are licensed by BBS. The AR1 has been on my list for a long time, many folks here and on the zine have them. I'd also recommend goodyear eagle F1 A/S. Awesome wet and dry grip, great in light snow, minimal road noise and very responsive. I can push the car harder with these tires.

daym, those highlander wheels are mad sturdy, how the hell did she do something like that lol.
and to the original post: those wheels will look best on black, silver, blue and tan colored cars. as for tires, get all seasons. no need to spend a fortune on tires lol. just my .02

She said she hit something on the highway that she described to me as a big metal wheel chock - probably fell of the back of one of the state plow trucks or something. She did this in the middle of the day - on the way to the mall of course- on a highway, with like 4 other cars pulled over up ahead who also hit it. You'd think she'd slow down and pay attention to why they were pulled over??? 6.5" wide rim and she has to hit it right in the middle!!! [sm=headbang.gif] And surprisingly enough, not a mark on the tire - but I don't trust it enough now to put back on a junk yard wheel. Bridgestone tire > cast aluminum Highlander wheel. She will NEVER drive my A4EVER again.
