Default a4 traction control

I own a '98 a4 1.8T and need some help on disabling the traction control. there is no button to disable it like many cars do and have no idea how to do it.

anyone??

Do we (b5) even have traction control? I'm pretty sure the only thing somewhat like that is part of the quattro system, applies brakes to one wheel to transfer more power to the other...

I'm sure you could find a way to disable ABS ...

I know a couple mechanics who are convinced that the braking for power transfer is caused by trac control. and they told me that all i'd have to do is find out how to disable it. they would do it but they dont know much about audi's.

and the reason why i want to is simply to have a lil more fun!
