A4 LED LiIghts: Moisture Condensation issue?
Hey everyone. I am about to pull the trigger on an 09 A4 Quatro Prestige. Its still new, never been titled (68 miles on it). When I saw it 2 weeks ago I noticed condensation, moisture etc inside the attractive LED Running lights. I am buying this car for 2 reasons: The Quatro and the lights (yes, that sounds odd but the lights do make the car IMO)
I’d like to know if this is a common problem with moisture and water getting in the lights. I have had 3 lexuses and I have a corvette and I have never had this problem. Is there a TSB on it or is this just an odd thing? I plan on taking it to AUDI service after the sale but I have also conveyed to the dealer that the sale is contingent on AUDI replacing or fixing any possible moisture leak issues. Below are some pics, not great res but should give you an idea
