What do you guys think about this, sounds like a killer deal but is it worth it?

Stay away from any turbo kits that come with aBOV andare displayed on a sheet in mud.

i was thinking those exact things, i would stay away from most "performance" parts on ebay, i know some of them are legit, just leery is all
