Hi I have just bought a 1997 A4 2.6 (UK Spec).

On very hot days the engine will not start and the immobiliser light flashes on the dash, is this a known problem? Once the interior temprature has reduced the car will always start.

Any one know of a good fix? [&o]

 

Hmmm probably won't get much help here. Most of us are from North America, and our cars arent equipped with a immobilizer.
