Default A4 1.8T - Leaking Coolant

I have a 2005 A4 1.8T and the coolant level in the car is reducing slowly. I have had a look but very hard to see where the issue is. Can anyone advise where the leak might be coming from ?

Default Leaking

It might be the water outlet housing in the back of the engine and has three hoses to it. It is a very common problem in the 1.8t

Also referred to as the rear coolant flange.

When looking at the engine from the passenger side take a look behind the motor at the top of the transmission bell housing. If you see a white pinkish crust building up chances are its your rear coolant flange. Many times the o-ring inside the flange goes bad and will cause coolant to leak out.

We have service kits as well as an installation PDF below.
