So true You just cant pull as good as FWD, actally just the start, the top speed theoretically is greater on FWD. Anywho, my 2.8 12V still runing no problem. and I have 188K miles.

188,000, thas great! My friend's parents have a 96 A4 2.8 Q (manual of course) with about 90k that they'll probably sell to my cheaply. They don't use it anymore. Sadly I know that they haven't maintained it that well, but it keeps on going.

Ever since I had my 94 camaro (V6...) I've missed RWD but AWD will be awesome in the climate I drive in.
