I dont know if this is a newb question but ive been very curious about this for awhile now you know how there are 91 octane softwares and 93 octane and you can have stock 91 octane and then u can flip to 93? well my question is if your running 91 octane then your driving and decide you wanna switch to 93 octane how would that be possible if you dont have 93 octane gas in the car? doesnt that just make the 2 softwares a waste of money since you cant have 2 kinds of fuel in your car? Am i understanding this right or is there something im not geting.

u can run the 93 oct program while u have 91 in ur car, u wont get as much performance but the idea is when u put 93 in then u change to the 93oct program and when u put 91 in u change to the 91 program

 

OH but like lets say u wanna put in 93 does that mean the gas tank has to be completly empty?

 

no just close, when it says 93 oct that means it will run the best on 93, so i u have half tank 91 and half 93 then u get 92 oct and it will run fine
