Will it run? Yes. Will it cause problems? Maybe but doubt it.
I always use 93. Why? I think the higher octane gets me better mpg, which offsets the cost compared to the 87 octane. In the end, I think it will work out just about even so why do that to your baby? Nobody puts baby on 87 octane.

Ya, honestly. you are going to spend thalsands of dollars on a great car, but you will stiff it a few buchs a tank just to save some? The engines will last longer and run better with better gas.
Its like someone stepping over a dollar to pick up a dime. Its not worth it.
