Default 3" Exhaust PART 2

so no one really answered my ? last time, would 3 inch be good on a 2.8 since its not turbo?

My personal thought is that there are few times that 3 inches is too large. This may be one of them.

How about 2.5?

Anyone out there done some calculations or put a three inch enhaust on the V-6 want to discuss?

how big are reg stock pipes? i think i saw 1.88 once, is that right?

Anyone remember Poissoule's law from physics class?

Resistance for laminar flow varies as the fourth power of the radius? Small changes in tube diameter and radius result in large differences in backpressure.
