RE: 2006 October SoCal GTG
Don't listen to the hate Tony......ever.
I have been with my wife for a little over 7yrs, and married for just over 3yrs.
I knew withing 6 weeks of meeting her that I was going to ask her to marry me.
So.....in my head I've basically been committed and "married" in a sense for the past 7yrs.
I do not regret one single thing about it.
If I had my way, we would have been married even sooner.
We have our first kid on the way and he'll be here right around the time we have the Nov. SoCal GTG and I couldn't be more excited.
(He better arrive before then so I don't have to cancel because we're waiting for him to get here! [:@])
Anyways, the point of this stuff is.......if she's the right woman, all will be fine.
I have a few simple rules:
1. Don't say the REALLY mean stuff when you fight - it never helps. Ever.
2. Communicate.
3. Look at the big picture - Always. You may be pissed off at each other for today, maybe even for this week, hell....maybe even for this MONTH - but look at the big picture.
If OVERALL, you are happy with this person, then it is always worth fighting for.
Everyone takes their punches and every relationship has it's ups and downs.
The key is dusting yourself off and getting back up because you believe that you made the right choice with the person sitting next to you.
That's it. That's as far as I'll ramble about the marriage thing. Just be happy and enjoy yourself.
By the way, you're going to LOVE Italy.
Best wishes to you and the Mrs.

Forgive the pic quality.
I don't have one of those fancy camera's to beautify the B7 yet.
Maybe I'll put that on the gift list for Christmas.
Here's what a shaky hand will get you with a crappy camera and no light at dusk.
This picture was actually taken about 2 hours ago.
When my wife and I grabbed some groceries I snapped one real quick......
.
(Added S4 Blades and S4 mirrors - more to come)

Nada.
Scored them from someone that happened to have a Moro Blue Audi and didn't like the way the blades looked with the kit he just put on.
Didn't have to paint or anything, just slapped 'em on and LOVE them.
I always thought they were a waste of money for $400-$500 painted, but they change the lines of the car in a noticeable way.
I can't stop looking at the car now. The S4 mirror caps are still growing on me.
As a matter of fact.....I'm ALMOST happy with the way it looks and I may be close to stopping with the mods. [sm=jawdrop.gif]
