Hey guys I have an Audi a4 that is throwing out the code for vehicle speed sensor, I have researched and it could be a couple different things, the magnetic ring on the axle, the TCM ( transmission control module) or the ABS control module, i called bba-reman, and they told me it is most likely the ABS control module, but before i send it in to get tested i want to make sure that , that deff is my problem, my ABS light is on, traction control light is on, and check engine light, my speedometer does not work, my rpm do work, but when i drive my car sometimes when it is about to switch gears it jerks a little bit, i was told that is my ABS module, any one on here with the same problem, or maybe experiencing something similar, if you guys have info i will appreciate it, thanks- Andres

 

What do you have for fault codes? Post up an Auto Scan if you get a chance.

I have not had to replace any B6 A4 ABS modules that I can remember so they do not go bad often.

 

Hey whats up man, the codes are p0507 and p0501 , I have taken it to a mechanic and they also said it was the ABS module, that its no the tranmission module, the thing is my vehicle speed sensor is intergrated to the TCM, and
i also called bba-reman and they said it was the ABS module.

 

What do you have for fault codes?
