Default 2003 A4 non-Q instrument cluster ?

my cluster is going crazy. Different warning lights go on and off at will. My speed limiter warning light came on, then the air bag light, followed by the REAR RIGHT light warning light. The rear light is out but I have had this problem before and the light will come back on after a few days. Anyone know why my cluster and rear light is acting up?

On anoth note, I have two other issues.

1.) when moving the car from park to reverse, on occassion the car has started to buck like a bronco. The problem goes away if I place the car into park then back into reverse. Audi can't make it happen again and I'm wondering if anyone knows a solution

2.) When driving along my RPMs seem to be jumping higher. Let's say I'm doing 40 MPH, my RPMs will move from 2,100 to 2,300 and back down to 2,100 every 3 or 4 seconds. The problem starts at about 30 MPH and ends at 50 MPH. The problem is non-existent if I drive in 4th. by the way, it's an automatic.

I know that some automatics have the problem of especially while going up a hill, they "search" for a gear, meaning they switch back and forth between 2 different gears. But your problem almost sounds like something is slipping, could it be the torque converter? I know that my mom's auto, it was a toyota, had the problem of slipping when it wasnt warmed up, but only for a few seconds, i remember one time i was pulling out of the parking lot, and I starting pushing on the petal, but nothing was happening so i pushed harder and harder until finally the tranny started gripping and I burned out across the parking lot, the look on her face was worth the embarassment.
