19's on Race or Sports w/ coilover sleeves?
Hola compadres...
I have a question that probably has been covered but I've been searching since yesterday and I haven't found a definite answer.
Car: 96 A4 QM
Wheels & Tires: Axis Spider 19x8 w/ 235/35's
Issues: I have found posts stating that the H&R Sport springs mated w/ 19's on 235/35's do not present an issue when it comes to rubbing. The Sports springs as you all know drop the car 1.25 (front) & 1.0 (rear). My inquiry is mainly about the H&R Race springs (2.0 drop). Has anyone here had rubbing issues w/ the Race springs? Also, has anyone tried the Sport springs w/ the ECS front coilover sleeves? The coilover sleeves allow what? An additional 3" drop? So it's feasible to buy H&R Sport springs for the front w/ ECS coilover sleeves and Race spings in the rear. Basically allowing you to fine tune (adjust) the front springs right to where you'd like it before it starts rubbing.
Lastly, if anyone has pics w/ 19's on the race springs please post some pics. I haven't seen any w/this set up.
Sorry for the redundant post of it has already been talked about in this much detail. I'm just attempting to make an informative decision on what springs I need to buy.
Thanx in advance for you assistance,
Ramon
