This car is a 1999 1.8 Audi A4 Quattro turbo. Alright so my older brother crashed this car on the freeway and broke a couple things like the air conditioning tube is cut so turbo doesnt work and he got the bright idea of hot wiring the car and ever since he did that it went into safe mode.

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on what the problem could be?
