Hah, I just bought mine in May with 106,xxx on it, H&R's/Bilsteins/Kamei for $4,400. The cel was on and the abs light. He thought it was going to be about 2-3,000 to fix. I ran the coes before buying it and it was an after cat o2 and a coolant sesnor. I fixed those. I have been seeing 96 and 97's with 12v's in my area going for 6-8k and 30v's going for quite a bit higher. One of my coworkers said he would give me 10g's for it. I asked if he had it and he said,"not yet". I told him to call me when he does.

 

i think you should go for it bro, i just bought a 99 A4 2.8 with 69k, has a full RS4 body kit, car looks sick to me, its lowerd and has a magnaflow exhaust, also in the trunk i have two 12' alpine subs and a kicker amp, i bought the car for 10,000. i couldnt ask for more for my 16th birthday as my first car. here are pics, let me know what you think.

 

That looks pretty sick! I think black wheels would look better but that's just me. The blue gives it a custom touch though.

 

you should definitely take off those rs4 badges, you have no go!

yea i know i dont have the power that im reppin but seeing as no one where i live knows that, they dont ever question me, besides i think it looks pretty good IMO. im hoping to soon get it chipped, any one have any suggestions as to what i should get, im not looking to spend too much but i would like a nice gain in hp, looking to back up what my badges say.

i posted that car here bout a month ago when someone else was asking on the price on another car as competition. i almost looked @ it just before i left srq. too, bad, coulda given ya a hands on opinion. that woulda been service. its anyway, been there at least a month, think over 2. negotiate.

anywhere from $3-5k depending on if you do the work yourself or not.

still not even close to as fast as a rs4, thats one of my few pet pieves [:@], there is a guy in my apartment complex who has an rs4 badge along with his 2.8 badge, he is gay
