Default 18" RS4 Rims and Nitto Nt555 Question

I just swapped out my stock 17" 5-spoke Sport rim and Nankang NS-I's for the set in the subject and I need to know what the hell is going on? With my previous setup, I would be doing 100mph and not have a shake or anything. I drove 700 miles yesterday and it was an awesome drive. If I had these on yesterday, I think I would have had to stop about 15 times to let my hands get the feeling back in them.

I know that SOME ride is sacrificed for the lack of sidewall but I dont think they are supposed to feel like this. Anyone have a simliar experience? Maybe one of them is still out of balance?

Thank all!

I think it's probably not balanced properly or the peice of metal for the balancer might have fallen off.

Either way,I don't think it should shake even with the bigger wheels you have now.

Did you do anything to the suspension set up?

Your wheels/tires are not balanced.

get the wheels rebalanced and when they do this on the machine you will be able to tell if one might be bent... its always a possibility (if you bought them used)

Thanks for the advice guys! Its a stock sport suspension setup so nothing odd there. My guess was that they either half-assed it to get it done--I ended up being the last one out of the shop--or possibly one of the balancing strips got thrown. Ill be rolling back on Monday morning and have them recheck them.
