What does this entail? Cant find my manual. Thanks for answering a simple stupid question.

 

Replace the air filter and spark plugs every 40K mi.

Replace the pollen filter every 30K mi.

Change oil filter and engine oil with oil that meets ACEA A3 or A5 every 10k mi.

Check when the timing belt was changed.
