lol 15 seconds so i guess if u raced an H2 hummer you would be neck and neck.....btw the H2 is the second slowest suv at 15sec 0-60 and the H3 is the slowest hitting the 16s 0-60 ....... oh ya even a deisel car would beat you lol

Is it an automatic?
Since the revs are up and the car is not going faster, it sounds like the transmission is slipping.
If you floor it, what happens? Does it redline? and not move faster?
Sounds like you should have had this one looked over before you bought it. Did you test drive it first? Or just hand over the money?

could he be in limp mode? since you are trying everything. try reseting your ecu then doing a TBA. if the previous owner never stepped on the gas the car is adapted to his driving and could be the reason why its not accelerating, although 15 sec 0-60 is realllllly bad. disconnect your negative battery terminal. then reconnect. turn the key into the aux position and floor the gas for 5 sec. then realease gas and turn key to off. then wait a minute and turn it back to aux position for like 2 minutes listen for the click noises. then turn to off. then start and drive away.
