Thinking about entering the Audi universe
The dealers are more concerned with a chip than an intake. However Audi in general is less mod-friendly than other car manufacturers, so you can never be sure what you can get away with.
But if your turbo dies and you are chipped or have a boost controller - say goodbye to warranty replacement - thats a given.
They can't tell if you uhave a chip unless they look at the ECU, or drive the car. I am not sure about Neuspeed chips though - I have heard they are detectable by dealer software. Most people who chip under warranty get an entirely new ECU and keep the old stock ECU handy and throw that in the car when they go in for service just in case.<edited><editID>brrman</editID><editDate>37902.429849537</editDate></edited>
