the distick funnel costs about $1.95 (if its the plastic piece).

"now have a cylinder missing on and off"

You mean you have misfires? That's not good.

I was feeling that way after I first bought mine. But it's been pretty good since that first round of repairs. Mine's a daily driver and its got 105K on it. Keep in mind any car is going start needing problems fixed after 75K. Audi's use a lot of unseen technology not employed by other companies, so there is more to go wrong, and its normally more expensive to fix.

In a way Carson is right. By 75k you should not expect anything huge to go wrong with the car. I guess what I would say is that if something did go wrong by 75K I would not consider it totally unacceptable.

Yeah I have changed my fuel filter - it is a major pain in the a$$... The tank is not easy to move - even though you loosen the strap it doen;t just drop down on its own - you need to pry it down and jam something in there to keep it down.

And that only gives you very little space to work with. The space is so tight you can't use a typical ratchet and socket... I think AudiMick's link shows you what there is to know.

I never had any CEL's come on at all from the stall. Thanks god this doesn't have to be done often...
