You guys need to udnerstand that audi service is different from the rest of the audi dealer. they make their own money and commision off of things they sell.
the dealer i work at charges 135$ an hour.
but 300$ for a new battery plus labor is about right.

Does the battery come with gold plated terminals, a 20 year warranty, and diamond studded handle? If not, they are still ripping you of no matter what they say.

As for the radio code..generally you should have a card with the car that says "Radio Code" on it. Check with the owners manual. Otherwise, I think you can stop by or call the dealer and they can give it to you.

That just makes me laugh. What is labor on a battery, like 5 min tops? so, a 70 part, 1/12 of $135 for labor, that still adds up to about 70 + (135/12) = 81.25
