Default $240 and still rough idle and missfires ... advice please

went to a local shop i have had good luck with in the past ... first cleaned the MAF sensor ... fixed 1st prolem ... still rough idle though ... cleaned throttle body and new plugs and wires ... still rough idle ... sea foam treatment ( didn't put any in oil though ) ... and used a few different gass adatives .. still rough idle and miss fires.. brought back to local shop to read codes... miss fires & ran rich... one of my spark plug wires was not connected all the way ... all he did was push it in ... worked for a lil bit it seemed ... but now is still missfiring ? what else should i do ? haha ...

everytime when I hear missfiring, I remember my boost leak problem

what did you plugs look like when you took them out?

yeah it will flucuate between 4-7 for an initial 2 sec then smooth out usally and the maybe move a lil bit again every so often if i let it idle ... often idleing will cause the check engine to start to blink ....

it would have to be a major boost leak to have a real rough idle. Could possably be your ICM.
