I recently purchased a 2007 A3 with the symphony radio including Satellite. The previous owner subscription ran out and I lost the SAT connection. I then opened my own account but the SAT will not activate!!

Any suggestions?

I have talked to customer service, attempted to reactivate several times, nothing. Just the 1-888 # on channel 184.

 

I thought there was something the dealer had to do. Sorry I don't really know.

 

Solved this issue by having the activation signal sent and the car parked East-West with the radio on for an hour.

Who would know?
