Tire Pressure

RE: Tire Pressure
The "Higher Tire pressure isn't effected as much with temp" is just a myth.
If your really want to make sure you get the right wear on your tires follow the recomendations and markings on your car. Now it will change alot depending on were you live. Alt., Humidity, ambiant air temp, and road tempatures.
Example: You live in southern Nevada or Arizona were it's 112 and the humidity is less then 10% you should run around 4lbs less then suggested if your driving is more then 20 miles in one stint. Now your living in Sescatuwan Canada and the highest temp you get is 70 in the summer you should be at or just slightly above recomended tire pressure. So forth and so forth.
I got my info from calling Tire Rack and asking what I should keep my tire pressure at. And after a 10 min question and answer session I got my answer. Then I asked what was up with all the questions and he gave me extended answer to my example. So if you really want to know what to run contact a tire specialist in your area, you may not need to be running 32 or 41lbs.
Honestly thow, If you can go nitrogen in your tires switch ASAP because this type of debate goes away.
