Ok so today i decided to go try a demo program of the ecu upgrade APR (stage 1)
And OMG is it amazing, its like a whole new car. The boost hits so hard and kicks in alot quicker. I also upgraded to a full euro sport air intake system which gave me 5-10 more hp, so in total NPG tuning shop told me i was pushing close to 260hp, dyno runs on a stock a3 with the stage 1 kit saw 252hp and 303torque.
So i would recommend this little tune up to anyone looking to get that extra edge out of their A3.
Also the sound the turbo makes now is sick, you can really hear it spoil up now and gives you a nice psshhh sound when u get out of it with the intake.
They said i can get the stage 2 upgrade but first need a turbo back system put on.
So needless to say i will be back there tomorrow to have it installed permanently. They do recommend upgrading the bov because the rubber diaphragm will fail, and they did say one with a horn is actually not good for the 2.0t fsi system.
