First post, tried doing a search on this but came up nil. I've had a long line of luxury cars, and I just bought an 08 A3 to drive on my long commute since gas prices are shooting up. I have the open sky option, but its somewhat bothersome that the roof isn't one touch open or close. Is this programmable or am I doing something wrong?

 

It is not because it doesn't have the pressure sensors like the other Audi sunroofs with the one touch close. (they have it in their windows though). Unlike other mfg who will throw in unsafe features w/o your knowledge, or introduce one and brag about it. Audi has alot of little ones that it just thinks it should have and let it be that.

 

ahnorman, I have an '06 A3, the open sky with the first touch just opens up a bit, a second touch opens it half way, to open all the way I have to keep the button pressed. For closing, I also have to keep it pressed, not one touch works or it is not enabled, should you find a way to close it with one touch, please let me know.
