Switching between SD card folders

Can you tell me what button you use to switch between sub folders
on the SD card ? I'm stuck in my first subfolder and can't figure that
out. Thanks....

It took me awhile to figure this out also. Use the "Return" button on the Nav controlsto back out to the higher level folders.
