FSD Neuspeed combo!
I'm having my FSD / Neuspeed combo installed today after staring at them in the box for a couple of weeks. Can't wait for the ride home!!! I haven't seen too many ppl with this setup here, so I'll post first impressions. I would post pics, but after the drop, I'm pretty sure my ride will look just like Chef's: lava and low.

RE: FSD Neuspeed combo!
Enjoy, there are about 3 posters on vortex with that set up, and they all rave about it. I'm going the FSD route as well (Group Buy going on Audizine http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=149931), just trying to decide which springs to put on them. HnR, Koni, or NS...

RE: FSD Neuspeed combo!
Quick update after a day... Performance seems to match all I've read about the FSD's. Here's my good / bad list about the combo:
The good:
1. Car holds MUCH better under load (canyon driving) than stock sport suspension.
2. Definitely rides softer over smaller bumps than stock sport suspension.
3. Dive / squat significantly reduced.
4. Car seems more stable at high speeds / less squirrely - steering is noticeably stiffer.
5. Wheel gap (Neuspeed sport springs) is virtually gone.
The bad:
1. Medium sized bumps actually bounce the car MORE than they did w/ stock sport suspension. My head now slams the roof on bumps that it never did... could be a rebound thing.
2. Neuspeed springs put the car in a very different "sit" than stock. The A3 has a naturally nose-down stance that is significantly altered w/ these springs. The car now sits much more level, looking almost "***-down." It is very noticeable in the cockpit. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I'm still getting used to this look / feel...
That's about it for now. I'll post some pics shortly.
