hi there, to be honest, I'm not 100% sure these will fit on the b5 s4, I had to run spacers on my 4.2 to clear the caliper. I could see if I can test fit it on someone elses car, or measure it up for you. I know the caliper offset is different on the 4.2 vs the s4 so who knows they may fit. As far as problems go, I had slight rubbing with the tires, and this was very slight only with large dips in the road, but again my car is lowered quite a bit also. As far as price goes, I'm probalby looking somewhere in the range of $2400.00 plus shipping. To be honest I don't really want to split up the wheel/tire. See, the thing is you have the same calipers as S4s do (and 2.7 A6s) so you run into the same clearance issues. If you had to run spacers on your wide body car AND it was rubbing slightly I know for sure they are a no go on my car. Mine is actually a lot lower than yours also. As far as tires are concerned, your 225s would be too narrow for me and the 265s...well you get the idea
