FS: 2 sets of b6 S4 rims both 17" SSR Forged $900 and $1500
Disclaimer:
I am in Canada, so I can't do this deal for you asap, unless you are willing to pay my (higher than market) price. Please no negative comments, but I just bought these things, as I thought I was going to keep my S4, but I got an offer I couldn't refuse, and racing season is over. It was a bit too much car for me. Anyway, I will be going to the US, and shipping will be much more reasonable. For me, shipping with tires is about $200. Rims only $125. I am open to suggestions to make it cheaper. In a month or 2 I will be going to the US to pick up a newer car, so I can ship then, for a much more reasonable rate. Whatever it costs me, is what I will charge you. I don't want to make a dollar on shipping. I just want to sell these rims, I shouldn't have bought. Well, the racing rims were fun.
Anyway, my plan was to use the SSR GT1's as winters, and the SSR comps are my summer/track rims.
Both sets are forged. 17".
GT1's
17x8
5x112 (obviously)
35-40 offset (fit on an 04 B6 S4)
currently have bridgestone re750, about 25-33% left. I can dismount if you want, and take $50 off the price.
225/45/17's.
The rims weigh 19lbs.
Have lugs.
$750.
The picture looks bad, but at lease you know what they look like.
The next set is the famous competition rims, with R compounds (Yokohama A032R's). The rims weigh 16.5lbs, forged and are grey with polished lip. 6 spokes.
17x8.5,
with 255/40/17's. These are sexy.
37 offset.
Have lugs.
The tires have 6/32's of tread, as they were used for 2 track days (80 miles and 110 miles), and 3 days of city driving. I know these could be used going to and from work. However, with a 60 UTOQ rating, they won't last long, but they are one of the only R compounds you can say that with. The tires below are pictures when I bought them.
