hey guys, while pulling off my intake y i didnt know there was a vacuum line attached to the manifold and i managed to break it. anyone have one an extra one laying around or parting out their car, please let me know, i would like it as soon as possible. im paypal ready. thanks!!!


ps: this vacuum line goes from rubber intake pipe to intake manifold and then to chassis

can you get a picture of where it disconnected from on the engine itself? might help to clarify exactly what you need

 

ill get a better picture after work but one part connects right behind the maf, one part connects on the backside of the intake manifold and the last part goes onto the firewall right in the middle of the car.

huh... what year is your s4? I have a 2000, and my brake booster line (which is the part you need) looks different and connects differently. Mine doesn't go to the intake tubing at all.

 

mine is an 2002, where does yours go?

 

Mine just goes from the intake manifold to the grommet on the firewall. I'll take a picture tomorrow, if it stops snowing....... frikkin ohio weather...
