Faded (not bad pixel) cluster display

I want to check the circuits and see if I can figure out what is going bad with all our displays and If there is an easy fix.

That would be fantastic, I would just like to know why the hell are the displays not working properly, I had the same story with my first and now again with my second. Post up your results.
