FS: 2000 Audi S4 Silver Automatic
I have a 2000 Audi S4 for sale. It has a little over 95,000 miles on it and is silver with a black interior. It has an automatic transmission and a moon roof. Other than that I can't think of anything the car has that isn't standard to the S4 model.
It hasn't had the timing belt replaced. The passenger side cam tensioner seal is leaking a little too, but that could easily be replaced along with the timing belt. I've replaced the throttle body, MAF sensor, driver side rear wheel bearing, and driver side cam tensioner seal.
I imagine that the passenger side rear wheel bearing will need to be replaced soon, but I have a new one and would be happy to throw it and a new rear tie rod in with the sale.
The check engine light is on also. It shows DTC 17819 and 17831 when I check it with my code reader. Most of the research I've done indicates these codes aren't caused by anything serious that would affect the car longterm.
Other than what I described, the car runs and drives great. The interior is in good condition except for some wear on the shifter, and driver side door panel. The exterior looks great except for a scuff on the rear bumper cover, slight paint discoloration on the front bumper cover, and a little oxidation bump on the driver's side rear door.
I owe about $9,000 on it. In the condition I describe above I know I won't get that much, but I am willing to take the best reasonable offer I can get. I figure it would make a great car for someone who has the DIY knowhow to fix some of the more common problems these cars have when they get about 100k miles on them.
I posted every picture that I have of it at http://www.3gwebhosting.com/audi. If there are any more pictures you would like or information you need, please let me know.
