FS: 02 Subaru WRX Sedan WIDEBODY
02 Platinum Silver WRX Sedan 5-speed; Just under 15,500 miles. Car was bought August 2002 from Subaru of Thousand Oaks. Oil has been changed at least every 3000 miles with either Mobil 1 or Redline synthetics. Transmission was rebuilt approximately 1500 miles ago using the heavier duty 3rd and 4th gear synchros used in '04+ year models. Brake fluid, coolant, tranny oil, rear diff oil, engine oil all just changed. Car was just aligned as well. Car comes with stock wheels and tires (only 1200 miles on them). Upgraded to an Exedy clutch and Exedy lightweight flywheel when transmission was rebuilt. Other engine mods are GFB Power Pulleys, K&N Air Filter, and Hyperground wires, Whiteline Anti-lift kit, STi Motor and tranny mounts. Car has a custom made Gimmie Gears and Composites wide body kit (3' fender flares and custom front bumper with front lip spoiler), Carbon Fiber E-wing, and a Zerosports replica front grill. The interior has minimal wear, never smoked in, and always kept clean. OEM Subaru performance gauge cluster (oil temp, boost, and voltage gauges) were installed as an option when I bought the car, as well as the carbon-fiber like dash trim, and carbon fiber e-brake handle. The car runs great, has a clean title, and is truly one of a kind. Located in Southern/Central California. what in my description would lead you to that conclusion? wrx's are infamous for weak trannies...other than that the car has had no problems......
