for sale . as in subject. 184,000 miles prestine condition for part from small crease in rear passenger quater panel. this is my girlfriends car and she has been finding it very hard to find parts in the area. it has no mot but we recently put a new altenator in it as wehad to plunder its one for my audi 90 the exhaust is 6 months old and costed 450 quid for whole system new radiator costed 80 quid.. mot work needed to my knowledge -
4 tyres nearly at limit - may pass
o/s rear wheel bearing needs changing will fail.
possibly o/s rear brake calliper siezed - but not 100% sure.
koncking from o/s front suspention - maybe ball joint, track rd end etc. nothing major.
o/s + n/s front outercv boots splitt - common fault on these always go even on my new one. easy to do
o/s front head light. i had to remove it and put it in my new audi as it had a cracked one and the fuzz gave me 14days to get it fixed, once again couldnt get one round here.
faults not needed for mot -
speedo lights dont light up - needs a new cluster - not difficult.
radiator fan does not cut in. never overheated just the old radiator started to leak as it was old and the fan switch packed up when i put it onthe new radiator( the fan is not faulty ).
tracking arms seized -it is towing slightly but not massive. tyres on front bold out bitfaster down the insides. was quoted 15 quid each sideto have sorted but never gotround to it.
prop shaft a bit noisy but hardly noticable
the paint is chipped on the rear spoiler but to be honest i f*!king hate the spoiler so id take it off if it was me.
other than this i have owned the car for 4 years and it has never let me down once ijus bourght adifferent one n gave it my girlfriend. the mot expired in may. personally i dont think it will cost that much if you can get parts. i not putting up a price as i not sure what it worth it is nearly 19 years old a probaby a collectable to the right person or exhusiast. make me an offer but i do have a rough price in my head of what i want.
