The Kelly Blue Book private party value without 2 sets of rims and tires (including the 19" rims with new tires) is $19,300. Yes its a 2004. I think the shark fin is only for XM equipped cars, which this does not have. It can easily be added for cheap. You can even put a custom carbon fiber shark fin. It is definitely a 2004 though.
