2003 1.8T Avant 5speed w/sport package

SOLD for $7200

I'm the second owner and have had this car for almost 7 years. Here are the details:

110,000 miles
Silver on Black Leather
Stock except for Milltek stainless exhaust
Factory Sport Package
Cold Weather Package which includes heated seats
Premium Package which includes Sunroof, Leather, Homelink
Factory Xenon headlights
Aero wiper upgrade
OEM roof bars
Towing hitch (used for small sailboat).
Paint and interior are in good shape.
Wheels have some curb rash.
Always used Mobil 1
New windshield (my wife drove around in the rain with a rock stuck under the wiper)
New clutch at around 95k.
No accidents, no Rust.
Has new coil packs from recall.
New battery

ISSUES:

I went swimming with a key fob, so only one remote works.
Not down to the wear bands, but needs new tires soon.
Wheels have some curb rash.
Card drawer won't stay in unless it's wedged. I've got a replacement I hope to install.
Alarm doesn't beep, I suspect the typical leaking batteries in alarm box. I've got another one to install, hope to do it soon.
ABS sensor ring is loose on left axle. Occasionally ABS kicks in right as you are coming to a stop. Shop replaced the wrong axle, so I've got to go back and have them replace the correct one.
Doesn't like to downshift from 2nd to 1st unless you are moving slowly or stopped. I haven't tried putting in redline or some other MT fluid.
