Car has 95xxx miles on it.

This car is LOADED with black leather, power everything, heated seats front and back, a first Aid kit, the interior and exterior are in 100 percent perfect condition. There are flaws on the radio buttons from being used. Zero imperfections in the leather seats, no cracks. No door dings or dents what so ever. Front bumper has small rock chips, from normal driving. All new parts are less than 6months old:
-Spec Stage 1 Clutch(Properly broken in with a little less than 5k)
-Fidanza 11lb flywheel(Installed same time as clutch)
-Brand new power steering rack(1 month old)
-New engine mounts not even installed yet(they will be when the car is sold)
-4 Brand new tires and rims w/ less than 5k on them
-Brand new brakes in the back
-Stage 1 software installed
-APR Diverter Valve(lifetime warrenty)
-Full Custom Exhaust with down pipe

Full synthetic Mobil 1 European Blend has ALWAYS been put in the car under my ownership. Full synthetic has always been used w/ previous owners. I HAVE EVERY SINGLE SERVICE RECORD EVER PREFORMED ON THIS CAR! Oil is religiously changed every 3000 miles.

Crankcase and carbon buildup just recently flushed out, along with all the other fluids.(coolant, steering, brake)
