Everything is up-to-date, tires brake pads and rotors were all replaced recently all around, 80k mile service was the last thing done. Only thing it needs is timing belt, which is the only reason the price is as low/flexible as it is, private party its worth about 12.5 - And yes it has received all other scheduled maintenances.
