2001 Audi A6 4.2 V8 AWD. 146k miles. All owners non-smokers, no major damage or repairs ever/clean carfax. Car is Black exterior with tan leather and wood interior. It has been well maintained by myself and prior owner, including timing belt/major maintenance and maf sensor at 100k, axles at 110k, all Mobil1 synthetic oil changes and Mann filters every 4-5k miles, recent full front-end control arm/tie rod kit rebuild with lifetime warrantied oem parts, and many smaller maintenance details including cabin filter, water temp sender, detailing, etc...

Car is outfitted with the following - Koni adjustable dampers, H&R Springs, Hotchkiss bars(front not currently mounted), Milltek exhaust, Stop-tech slotted rotors, Akebono pads, and Goodrich stainless lines. This is not a race car, and has not been abused. It is a heavy sedan and mods were made to improve driving feel, looks, and sound from exhaust note. Car will include stock Audi exhaust for re-fitting if desired. Car drives and sounds awesome, and is not obnoxiously loud or gaudy.

Car is currently on 17" stock wheels with good condition tires, and will include a full set of 19" SSR Type C semi-solid forged aluminum wheels with two useable Dunlop SP Sportmaxx8000 tires. These wheels/tires have been in storage due to two wheels being bent. They are extremely soft wheels on the inside lip and do not stand up to city streets well, which was an expensive lesson for me. They could easily be repaired to original condition for ~135 ea., and original cost was around 400ea. These are lightweight high-performance wheels, and look awesome when mounted on the car.

Car will include currently installed stereo components, including Kenwood/Gamin dvd/gps/video/ipod and sirius conenction head unit, JL Audio ZR(front doors) and XR(rear doors) components, JL Audio 10"sub in JL box in trunk, and 2 Amplifiers(Pioneer and Eclipse) driving the system. Again, a very high quality system that greatly improves the enjoyment of my car. I can provide deeper details when contacted.

In the interest of disclosure - car has CEL on, currently throwing codes for O2 sensors. Also airbag light is on, and has been for 5 years since radio controls were disabled from wheel at time of Kenwood installation. Although codes are for O2 sensors, I think cats need to be replaced as well or sensors moved using non-foulers for this car to pass emissions. I recently moved so the car is registered in a county outside of the metro Atlanta "Clean Air" area with no issues. Car runs extremely well, with no noises or starting/idling/mechanical issues. It usually averages around 18mpg in the city and 22 on the road. Other than these lights being on, car is in excellent condition, with very very few slight age flaws inside/outside, and as stated has never been wrecked.

I am moving out of town soon and will be traveling often by car, so I am down-sizing to an econo-miler. I hate to sacrifice this car, and would happily drive it for at least 3 more years before replacement after the recent front-end rebuilding work.

I am willing to discuss the pricing with any reasonable and interested person, but I am not looking to trade anything other than money for my car. I am not willing to sell components or part my car out.
