1998 A4 2.8L v6 5speed

History
I am the second owner of this car. Great driver, shifts smoothly, always well take care of. Original owner was an older gentleman who traveled 50miles to work every day. He had the car through 110K miles, and always serviced it at the dealership from which he bought it in Conneticut.
Cosmetically
When I bought it in ’04, I put the Momo Wheels on it (which really set it apart in my book). The rims now have some rash from my stupidity, but it is only cosmetic, and hardly visible from 5 ft. away. There are a few scratches in the paint, nothing to write home about, a small dent over the right front tire, and a black scuff in the left rear section from a trip to the City where someone didn’t know how to park(it is hardly visible).
Mechanically
As I said, it was serviced at the original dealer through 110K miles, so always well maintained. Tires have 15K miles (front) and 7K miles (rear) on them and are in great shape. Brakes and rotors were replaced all around in May. Also replaced two ball joints up front in August (I was told this was not necessary but it squeaked and bothered me). Right now, it appears to need a Hub Bearing in the right rear (I got quoted $200 to fix it- until then it makes a light humming sound at high speeds) and an oil pan gasket (about $75.)—Neither of these are damaging issues, I just don’t want anyone to buy this and have surprises when they get it checked out. Car runs smoothly and quietly as it should.
This car is in great shape, and will easily see another 100K miles! Kelly Blue Book value is currently at $7280 in Good condition, $6435 in Fair. I would consider this particular car to be in Good-to-Excellent Condition. I am asking $5200, which I feel is a steal. My plan was to keep this car until 200K miles until about a week ago, when a friend offered me a great deal on his newer S4, so mine has to go.
