I've just successfully installed the RNS-E navigation unit into my 2007.5 A4 last night. The Symphony II+ was removed in the process. I've just bought my car for about one month and odometer has only 692 miles on it, so the Symphony II+ head unit is relatively new. It is in perfect condition. No scratches or blemishes of any kind.

The A4 is my first Audi (my old car is a '94 BMW 318ic, I still keep it btw) so I am kind of new to the Audi world. I had post the experience of my RNS-E Nav install on the Navplus.us forum, in case anyone is interested in the upgrade.
