Hey Scott,
Have you still got the pump?
If you have does the rest of it still work? Like the motor still spins over
when it gets a signal?
Can you upload a photo and the part number?
Appreciate it, might be the solution to mine.
Thanks

Not sure if it will work on your model. The Part No. 8L0-862-257-N
Electronically it works perfect. It was replaced because the impeller shattered.
I've tried to upload images and I'm getting an error message.
Send me an email that I can reply to and I'll forward the images.
Thanks

RE: Central Locking Pump '99 A4
I'm looking for one too for my 1999.5 A4 1.8t, 8L0-862-257-N. I don't know if its a broken fan or burnt out. When i went to check out the pump the sound dampener was soaked and there was a puddle of water at the bottom, god knows how water got in. The motor still turns over when i press my remote so im thinking its the fan, but the water being there makes me think twice. Either way im in need of a new one if anyone can help.
