Blitzsafe AUD/AUX 1998-2006 Concert II Radio Aux Adapter
Also includes Enfig SAT Pass
The Blitz is DAMAGED (a couple of wires have pulled out from the pins) but I'm sure it's an easy repair for someone looking to get one of these at a low price.
Looking for $30 for this. Would run you about $100 new. Used for about 6 months until I traded my 2006 A4 Quattro in.

Product Details:
Use this adapter to hook up your mobile DVD system audio outputs, satellite radio, iPod, Zune, etc. directly to your factory stereo system without having to use a noisy FM transmitter.
This adapter is plug and play so cutting and splicing of your factory wiring is not required- only a single ground wire will need to be connected.
Compatibility Notes:
Installs at back of radio.
Factory satellite radio and external cd changer (6 disc radio will still work) will have to be disabled (unless SAT Pass -- included -- is used).
Will work with factory navigation unless noted below.
Compatible with 6 disc in-dash radios.
