Set of HRE 540R 18x8.5 wheels with BFG KDW tires in 235-40-18. Wheels are in decent condition with minor curb rash. Two wheels have slightly bent lips if you inspect them closely. WATCH OUT!! BE CAREFUL!!

I send this guy (MARC) $ 688.00 usd more than a month ago for his RS4 oil filter by Pay-pal till today he has not send neither the filter or my money, he now has a claim in Pay-pal and his account has been blocked.
It is a petty that this things happen and that people like Marc only make use of forums like this to rip off people.

 

What you've conveniently left out is the fact that WEEKS ago you were supposed to add the TX address to your Paypal account. You NEVER did this.

For those who don't know, Ceferino lives in Mexico yet wanted me to ship to an UNCONFIRMED address in TX. By shipping to the TX address, I am not covered by Paypal's seller protection policy. We had lengthy discussions about this and Ceferino promised to add the TX address to his Paypal account. He never did this and instead, filed a dispute with Paypal.

Ceferino wanted the oil cooler shipped to TX to avoid the hassles and fees pertaining to customs. I will now be shipping to his Mexico address since this is his confirmed address and he never changed it to the TX address as promised.

 

I am not going to get into a argument in this forum, but you received the full payment on Friday,August 11, 2006 and you promise to mail it on monday, August 14, 2006 you well knew it was going to be ship to TX. the money was in your account and the cooler in your possession, it was after Monday, September 11, 2006 that I made the complain in Pay-Pal and they block your account, it was at that point when you where contact by Pay-Pal when they inform you about this mailing politics. I think is only fair that send me my money back, I now have a new cooler and no need for yours. You have your cooler that you never mail and my money (nothing to loose)
Funny that now after almost two months you are welling to mail it to Mexico.

This post is not intended to fix my problem I decided to post it to avoid anyone else that is thinking of getting something from Marc to be careful VERY CAREFUL....

 

As I expected Marc never send the money or cooler, Pay-pal was only able to recover $329.16 USD and I lost $ 358.84 USD.
