Would these fit my 98. I know these are after the fac lift but how difficult would it be to install?

Yes, they do. You just need to do a little bit of trimming - there are tons of write ups about this on every audi forum.

Let me know if you are interested! I'll toss in a pair of fog lights for free (just shipping).
