My Audi's transmission has turned into a piece of ****. I's got a big slipping and shifting problem! I am looking for a new tranny to put in it, it can be a used tranny... I am looking for a good price. I've got a '99 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro. Please get at me ASAP. Also, I wanted to know if it was bad for my engine to drive the car like that but keeping the RPM low as possible....

 

I have a couple of quattro transmissions. I'm almost positive that the 1.8 and 2.8 auto transmissions are the same part. I have one with 80k on it, from a 01. I'd take $1000 plus shipping for it. I know the salvage yards are asking around $2500-3500 for them as I had to buy a whole parts car to get a torque convertor which they only wanted to sell with the transmission.
