he scammed me for $175 three weeks ago, said he was sending refund via check in the mail. have yet to receive it or even hear back from this scammer. what a terrible person.

 

I sent PayPal for the APR tuned ECU on 12/13 and have not received it yet.

Terrible/no communication. Maybe it is time to file a dispute with PayPal. You guys are kind of confirming my opinion here of the seller.

C. You fail because you didn't read the thread before you posted, because the OP has scammed like half a dozen people for this same ECU.
